Why pay by bank transfer instead of online card payments?

At Hoe Park House, we use bank transfers because they offer a safer, more personal, and transparent way to handle your booking payment. Unlike online card payments, bank transfers don’t require sharing sensitive card details through third parties. This gives you greater peace of mind and direct contact with us, allowing us to personally confirm your booking and answer any questions before payment.

Bank transfers also help avoid extra fees from booking platforms or card processors, ensuring you get the best possible rate. Since calendars on large travel sites don’t always update in real time, communicating directly means we can confirm your dates are 100% available and avoid double bookings.

Finally, this method reduces the risk of online scams or fraudulent bookings, creating a trustworthy and stress-free experience for both guests and hosts. We value clear communication and want you to feel confident when booking with us.

Is Hoe Park House suitable for guests with mobility concerns?

Hoe Park House is a typical Victorian dwelling and has steps to both external doors as well as interior steps. Due to this, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or disabilities.
