Pets

Booking & Charges

Pets are permitted by prior arrangement only.
A maximum of two pets are allowed per booking.

Please specify at the time of booking if you intend to bring your pet(s).

An extra charge of £25 per animal per stay applies.

The number and type of pets must not exceed what was agreed at the time of booking.

Registered guide dogs and hearing dogs accompanying individuals with visual or hearing impairments are allowed to stay free of charge.

Supervision & Behaviour

Pets must always be properly controlled and supervised.

Pets must never, under any circumstances, be left alone in the house.

If needed, we can provide contact details for a reliable local pet sitter.

All pets must be house-trained.

Guests are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of their pets at all times during their stay at Hoe Park House.

The owner accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or illness affecting a pet while at the property.

Access Within the House

Pets are only permitted on the lower ground and ground floors.

Pets are strictly prohibited from accessing upstairs areas, including bedrooms and bathrooms.

Please ensure sitting rooms are securely closed at night, preventing access for pets.

Furniture & House Items

Please keep pets off chairs, sofas, and beds, with their paws remaining on the floors.

Please do not use house blankets for your pets’ comfort.

We advise owners to bring a pet basket and blanket.

Cleanliness & Waste

As responsible pet owners, we kindly ask that you clean up after your pets both inside and outside the property.

Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges.

For the disposal of pet waste, please use the special public bins provided around the property, rather than the domestic bins.

Pet Facilities

If you have made arrangements to bring your pets, you will find food and water bowls in the utility room.

If not already placed out, they can be found in the wall cupboard above the basin.

Damage & Responsibility

Guests are liable for all damage caused by their pets.
