Standard Rates

• Standard rates include accommodation for up to 4 guests
• Additional guests: £30 per guest, per night.
• Minimum stay: 3 nights. Maximum stay: 28 nights

Summer Booking Schedule
From the first Saturday in June until the first Saturday in September, Hoe Park House follows its summer booking schedule, with weekly stays only and Saturday check-in and check-out.

Direct Booking – How it Works

Booking directly with us is simple, personal, and designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from the outset.

• Request your stay: once you have found suitable dates, simply use the Direct Booking – Enquiry Form below to send us your details, dates and number of guests. We’ll respond promptly with confirmation of availability and a personalised quote.
• Confirm your booking: once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll confirm and provide secure payment instructions.
• Enjoy direct contact with your hosts: personal, immediate communication for any questions or special requests.
• Book with confidence: when you book directly, you can be assured of the best available value for your stay.
• Returning guests: enjoy a 5% thank-you saving on our base rates when booking direct — our way of welcoming you back.

Direct Booking – Enquiry Form

Longer Stay Discounts 

7–13 nights: 10%
14–20 nights: 15%
21–27 nights: 20%
28 nights (maximum stay): 25%
Discounts apply to standard rates only.

Parking

• One allocated off-road parking space is included with your booking.
• Additional parking is available on surrounding streets.
• Full parking details are provided in the Arrival Guide, available to confirmed guests.

Sofa Bed

• The smaller sitting room with a sofa bed is automatically prepared for groups of more than 8 guests.
• For smaller groups, this space is only available with advance notice.
• Please inform us at the time of booking if you’d like it prepared.
• An additional charge of £25 per stay applies for groups of fewer than 8 guests requesting the sofa bed.

Pets

• Pets are permitted strictly by prior arrangement only.
• Please specify at the time of booking if you would like to bring your pet(s).
• An extra charge is applicable of £25 per animal per stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed.
• Registered guide dogs stay free of charge.
• Please familiarise yourself with our Pet Guidance before arrival.

Payment by Bank Transfer

• Secure & private: no card details are shared online, giving you complete peace of mind.
• Direct payment: funds are paid directly to us, ensuring a simple and trusted transaction.
• Clear guidance: we provide full instructions when confirming your booking to make the process straightforward and stress-free.

Check In & Out

• Check-In from 15:00, Check-Out latest 10:00.
• We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth check-in/out process.

Booking Platform Pricing

We aim to keep our accommodation rates consistent across all major booking platforms. However, the final price shown may vary slightly because each platform applies its own fees, discounts and pricing policies.
