We have just returned from a 40 year reunion of 5 of us who shared a house in our final year in Plymouth (Poly at the time) in the 80s. Finding somewhere suitable for 5 men, is not that easy. Finding somewhere in a good location, even harder. Hoe Park House turned out to be the perfect choice. From the start, Ian was helpful and flexible when things needed to be changed a little. The house itself is beautifully finished, to a very high standard, with some lovely individual touches, showing the owners clearly care and have thought about things. We had plenty of room, with a bedroom for each of us. If you had a group of 10, the maximum occupancy, you would be fine here. Any less and it will feel spacious. While it didn’t affect us (and it is not a criticism, as it’s a Victorian house), it wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues, as there are a lot of stairs. However, for those who stay, the multiple levels add to the charm and the feeling of multiple areas to socialise. I can highly recommend Hoe Park House, the perfect place in the perfect spot. Thank you Ian.
